Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of everywhereagents.garden and the services offered through it by Everywhereagents Septic. When you use this website, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Everywhereagents Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@everywhereagents.garden.
